New Blood '93 Summer Special "Naming Day"
Strongbow, Rain, Birdcall, Joyleaf, and Moonshade are at Father Tree. Mantricker's son celebrates his new name, Bearclaw. He feels he earned it. Bearclaw wants a new name for Birdcall. It doesn't suit him. He has strength and size. Bearclaw wants him to help celebrate his name. He takes Birdcall away. He wants to raid a dreamberry patch in troll territory. They run in and start picking berries. Four trolls jump out and Bearclaw and Birdcall run. A vine wraps around Bearclaw, pulling him up. Birdcall can't leave him and gets caught too. He grabs the vines and pulls them all off-balance. They run back to the Holt. Bearclaw has a new name for Birdcall: Treestump. Things sometimes happen by accident and turn out exactly right.
