Collecting good data
Statistics
- Statistics is used here as a catch-all term for techniques which
do not comprise a category of their own.
- The use of designed experiments provides the maximum amount of
information for the minimum effort.
- Plan your experiments, using known statistical design techniques.
- Apply analysis of variance (ANOVA) to your data; draw inferences
from a minimum number of experiments.
