Baksheesh (aka Peaches, aka Sheesh, or rude variatations of Sheesh), our first Egyptian Mau, a bronze. She's awfully shy, but can be very friendly when she wants to be.

Catherine and I were recently talking. If each cat were assigned to the Starship Enterprise, what officer would it be? Baksheesh would be the Engineering Officer, because of her analytical approach to getting past our obstructions to her curiosity.
