This is a year 2000 (Rugelda) X( R15) seedling. 

 Rugelda is 25 % rugosa, see: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/pl.php?n=5557

 R15 is a large bush with a large number of early spring, double, yellow blooms - no repeat. It was hybridized  by Peter Harris from Golden Showers X Hazeldean. It is a tetraploid. See: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/pl.php?n=27847

 In the left picture, (Rugelda X R-15) is the rose behind me.  I am 5-9 or 5-10.

 It is a little hard to see, but the highest branch has hit the eaves and turned sideways.

 Some of the other branches are bending forwards and would be quite tall if straightened up.
