This is a Folksinger X Dortman winter of 2004 seedling.
It flowered in mid April 2004 while still under florescent lights. Then on April 28 it had 2 additional flowers and the start of a hip. The next series of blooms started in mid June. It is still blooming in September. All of the previous flowers set hips.
