To Whom It May Concern
It has come to my attention that Dave Pack has recently disseminated misinformation regarding how I handled my duties while I was the Business Manager/Treasurer with the Restored Church of God. This included saying that I did not pay the office rent and other bills on a timely basis. I have obtained a letter from the owner of the business that previously occupied the space that RCOG now leases. John Stitzel subleases the office space to the church and very clearly states in his letter that all lease payments that I was responsible for had been paid on a timely basis.
Also, attached is a second letter from AMAX Data-Tel, Inc. concerning phone service. Mr. Thompson, the person responsible for the technical things in the office, was only responsible for obtaining phone service and then having Max do all of the work. Further, what Mr. Hansen didn’t say, or know was that GTE had the address information incorrect in their system. Therefore, the bills were returned to GTE marked "bad address". The same problem also occurred with our internet provider, Time-Warner Cable (aka RoadRunner).
