About "Dave Pack's" book "Except the Lord Build the House", I've contacted Karen Ray and she said that she had no problem with our display of her works on my website. I've removed all mention of Dave Pack from the book and now it just consists of quotes from Herbert W. Armstrong and a few from Rod Meredith. I've also removed mention of the Global Church of God. On the inside cover are the following words (highlighting mine):
