The Question: "Who Is There To Save The People of God?"
"The fool hath said in his heart, "There is no God". They
are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is
none that doeth good. The Lord looked down from heaven
upon the children of men, to see if there were any that
did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside,
they are all together become filthy: there is none that
doeth good, no, not one. Have all the workers of iniquity
no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and
call not upon the Lord. There were they in great fear: for
God is in the generation of the righteous. Ye have shamed
the counsel of the poor, because the Lord is his refuge.
Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion!
when the Lord bringeth back the captivity of his people,
Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad." (Psalm 14)
The Answer: The Lion Of Judah, who is The Lamb of God!
"And I saw in the right hand of Him that sat on the throne
a book written within and on the backside, sealed with
seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a
loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose
the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, nor in earth,
neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither
to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found
worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look
thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not:
behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David,
hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven
seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the
throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the
elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven
horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God
sent forth into all the earth ... And they sung a new song,
saying, Thou are worthy to take the book, and to open the
seals thereof: for thou was slain, and has redeemed us to
God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and
people, and nation; And has made us unto our God kings and
priests: and we shall reign on earth." (Revelation 5:1-7,9)
Christ has prevailed over the wickedness of men, and we are
Redeemed unto God by Him.
