| I snapped this photo from atop the Sears Tower 103rd floor skydeck, 1353 feet above downtown Chicago. The view is to the northeast, across midtown and out to Lake Michigan. |
The Sears Tower was the world's tallest building from 1974-1996. It is now the 2nd tallest, losing it's crown to the Petronas Towers in Malaysia. It still has the highest "occupied" floor. |
