| On May 5, 1986, Cleveland was selected as the site for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. I. M. Pei was chosen as the architect to design the modern 6 level building (or sculpture). |
Located by the inner harbor next to the new Science Center and Cleveland Browns Stadium, the museum is a new icon for the city, drawing thousands of worldwide visitors daily to its exhibits. |
