Nauset LSS

Nauset Beach's tower was taken from one of the twin lights at Chatham, & moved to Eastham in 1923. The light was moved away from the cliffs in 1996, due to erosion.
I snapped the top photo in 1995 before the move, revealing the precarious position of the light to the cliff. The bottom photos were from 1997, after the tower's relocation.
