West to previous Sodus Outer		To Hudson River  Saugerties Light
Oswego West Pierhead Light is located on a concrete pier at the end of a long breakwater. The present station was completed in 1934, and was the 3rd built in Oswego Harbor.		The light is not open to the public for climbing. Even though it may be possible to walk the entire length of the breakwater to the light, close up photos are best achieved from a boat.
