| Burnt Mountain is located to the south of Snowmass, with the village at it's foot. This photo is looking north over Wildcat Reservoir, while rain clouds form over Basalt Mountain. |
We four wheeled our way up to the summit on a scenic 3 hr jeep tour. Even though oxygen was lacking at the summit, the scenery was stunning and well worth it. Photos don't do it justice! |
